Refund policy

Returns are accepted only from the original buyer for a full monetary refund of the product(s) paid amount minus a 30% restocking/disposal fee and minus the shipping. The unit must be received no later than 30 days from the purchase date along with proof of purchase. The unit must be in its original condition/packaging any alterations to the product or its attachments such as not limited to marks, cracks will result in a denial of return.

Customize/final orders are not eligible for a return. 

Customer is responsible for the return to Arturios LLC and return to customer shipping fee if applicable.
